Meat Products
- Pork
- La Domaine de la Belle & le Gentlemen – we’ve bought some of the most delicious pork from our friends here and encourage you to learn more about them. Their care of the animals in impecable – absolutely inspiring.
- Beef
- Big Rock Farm – Jeff at Big Rock is well known in the region, as is the quality of the meat they sell on the farm. Worth the visit!
- Lamb
- Ferme Mouflon – When you see the level of care that Ferme Mouflon puts into their sheep you know why everything they produce is of such high quality.
- Chicken
- Leystone Farms – Our broilers are heritage birds called Rustic Rangers and they live in our lower pasture. They have a huge space to call home. These birds grow to a modest 5lbs and the quality of the meat is outstanding.
- Mountain View Farm – Everything at Mountain View Farm is thoughtful, deliberate, and treated with such care. Their meat birds are absolutely delicious!
- Yak
- Ferme Pur Conscience – I know! Yak!! This Organic Certified farm provides the perfect context for these wonderful — and dare I say, delicious — animals. Absolutely worth trying!
Vegetables
- Euterra – Euterra is a go-to for high quality vegetables. Their conscientious and thoughtful approach to gardening yields beautiful results.
- Ferme Pur Conscience – You know it’s quality if you’re getting vegetables from Pur Conscience.
- Agape Gardens – Their wonderful gardens yield all kinds of delicious vegetables throughout the seasons.
- Ferme en Passant – The berries and vegetables we’ve brought home from Ferme Vallee have always been fresh and delicious. Worth a visit.
- Ferme Champlain – There’s so many great things going on at Ferme Champlain and one of our favourite traditions has been Haskap Berry picking early the summer. They have plenty more too!
Honey
- Leystone Farms – We’re passionate about our bees and the wonderful honey they produce. We harvest spring, summer, and autumn and you can taste the difference of each season.
Maple Syrup
- Big Rock Farm – The massive maple syrup boil at Big Rock is an annual event and you will not be disappointed when you taste it!
Wine
- Les Collines – A recent winner of the best cold climate red wine in the country, you’ll love this local wine that is showing up in elite restaurants and making headlines.
- Little Red Wagon – With a wonderful range of wine and a beautiful restaurant that regularly hosts top notch Canadian musicians it’s worth a trip to Shawville!
- Domaine de Pontiac Village – Everyone has a good time when the visit Domaine de Pontiac Village. The vineyard is stunning and the wine absolutely lovely.
